How to develop yourself and increase productivity?
Self development one of the most important tools in the past as people used to find their career path and enhance their jobs to get promotion, salary increase or to move to other job profile and so on.
Nowadays we need self development in everything jobs, education, children's education and also how to manage your life.
To develop youself we need to find the what are the points needed to develop, the following tools was my experience in developing my self SWOT analysis where we can find the way to develop, to find the threats and weaknesses as these two points needed to worrying about, on target feedback, planning what's you need, what's the action against progression, timing needed for finalizing the plan, .....etc and I'll discuss in each for jobs, education and anything in our life.
But we need to stresses on self development that we own self awareness as self awareness is an important tool because self awareness means that's you are honest with yourself facing the problems and detect the defective points you'd.
Be sure that the mirror you're put on the table belong to you which make you on the right track, as an example if can't make presentation and you're shy, then training yourself by presenting the slide in front of any anyone you like to present then go to another step to invite small group and so on till you can present in front of any groups even stranger then you can find that is easy not complicated or difficult to do, you should put in a time frame to be done and should be suitable timing not press a long period to do, as we need to fo forward in our life for the best.
